Katara could probably use the sacred water from the spirit oasis to mend Hanako's scars. I'm not sure if they can be fully healed, but I'm sure some magic heal-y water could probably do Hanako some good.

She already used it to revive Aang though. And I doubt they'd offer refills on that kinda thing. Abuse of the spirits' gifts and all. Iroh would probably have a metaphor about tea here.
