2003. The World Trade Centre? Governor Schwarzenegger?

Was he meant to be governor there? Just a Terminator reference from what I could see. And so help me, I thought the WTC thing was just a morbid coincidence. Anyway, what is Clinton still doing president in 2003?

Putin wasn't President in 1999 either, and Arnie going into politics was kind of a big deal. The cartoon itself is Russian, you'll have to try (and I can tell this will be hard for you) to forgive them for mixing all the stuff together to make some funny coincidences to make you laugh even if it doesn't perfectly match history. You're not complaining about the Titanic sinking again nine decades late!

Huh, I wouldn't have guessed that.

Gee, thanks…

I took it to be a reference to the rather famous movie from the, again, late '90s.

Hisao died when the game finished.
Just like all the other characters.

... why would you say something like that? Now I'm all sad and stuff. And I was smiling playing Lilly Act 2! Why would you do this!

That said, I doubt this is "Grease."

On a serious note, dude will probably die in his 40s, even if he goes with Emi. I mean, the game kinda puts emphasis on Hisao running for Emi and not because he has a condition. Plus, he won't have time to run so much when he'll have kids and a job.

I don't belive it, it is at least exaggerated.

Hisao will have children ? perhaps with its limited lifespan, he will don't want ? not that he cannot have a happy life without children.

Well... either way, he's getting a workout in, and it has been shown in canon that he improves quite a bit in the one year he runs with her, actually managing to catch her at one point just long enough to talk to her in Instant Replay. As for kids and a job, he might have to change his schedule to run some other time than mornings, but running is still plenty doable in a situation like that.

As for double lifespan? It's optimistic, but unless something crazy goes wrong suddenly, I could see it happening.

You forget that Lilly is rich, and Hanako is her best friend ever (at a sismance level)
So if Hisao becomes Lilly's or Hanako's husband, Lilly will use his wealth to help Hisao to live longer.

And in the case of Shizune, Jigoro will surely beat the Death itself to death if he tries to kill Hisao because despite being a jerk, he don't want to make his daughter unhappy.

For Rin...if the Death of KS is like the Death of Disworld, she will become friends with him and he'll strangely delay as long as possible the death of Hisao.

I'd like to think if Hisao didn't pair off with Hanako she'd go to Akira. But that's probably not going to happen.

She goes to Scotland, I don't think it's even possible.

Well, he has to go to college and clearly he and Emi are taking separate routes, and it's obviously going to be tempting for him to stop exercising due to that but also due to time limitations. It'll get even harder after that.
