Hanako's and Misha's work brilliantly, and Emi seeming so happy about it is, quite frankly, adorable. Hideaki's raised a smile too, though the mechanics are vaguely concerning...

It could simply be Shizune's test that he found, and Jigoro was lazy and sent Hideaki to do "his job".
