Nobody needs Banes' voice. Not even Bane. The guy sounded like a muppet trying to act tough.Give someone Bane's voice from The Dark Knight Rises and we're good.

God, this is a good one. I'd have to say if it was Japanese:
The voice of Mikuru from Haruhi for Hanako.
Kuroneko from OreImo sounds like a good Lilly.
I can see Rin as Yuki from Haruhi, and Kyon would make a good Hisao. (Although Kyousuke from OreImo wouldn't be bad)
Ritsu from K-ON! would make a perfect Emi voice.
Misha could easily be played by Dekomori from Chuunibyou.
Excuse my tastes.

Mutou: Joji Nakata (AKA the go-to when you need an awesome deep voice. He can do monotone/boring voices surprisingly well)
I'm not sure who's the bigger ham, Jigoro or Nomiya. So it's a toss up between them for Norio Wakamoto.
Nurse: Tomokazu Seki
Kenji: Hiroshi Kamiya or Mitsuaki Madono
