Pft. Phoenix Wright is a defense attorney, not a prosecutor. He'd DEFEND me from the suit.

<KeiichiO>: "I wonder what Misha's WAHAHA's sound like with a cock stuffed down her throat..."
<Ascension>: "I laughed, cried, vomited in my mouth a little, and even had time for marshmallows afterwards. Well played, Xanatos. Well played."
<KeiichiO>: "That's a beautiful response to chocolate."

Hard to say. I really like every song from KS. But if I had to choose a favorite... fuck it, Imma do a top 10.
10: Out of the Loop. (Kenji's theme) Such a light hearted song. Makes me happy every time I hear it. Even if I do have to put up with Kenji...
9: Air Guitar. Nice and peaceful.
8: Cold Iron. A very intense song. Usually something terrible has gone wrong when this song occurs. Still a great piece.
7: Daylight. Soothing. Just a really nice song to listen to.
6: Hokabi. Very fun and light hearted song. I loved every time this song would play. It would lighten up the mood in an instant.
5: Raindrops and Puddles. I just love this song. There is no need in explaining.
4: Afternoon. I also love every time this song plays. It's a great song and really fits the setting and time of day. I could listen to it for hours.
3: Moment of Decision. This song is seriously epic. A song that again, plays when something bad is going on, but the feel, the atmosphere this song brings is so intense. It's a masterpiece.
2: Student Council. Oh my god. This song is unbelievably catchy. Practically Shizune's theme, it just makes me think of good, peaceful and worry-less times. I find myself humming this all day long and not really even caring whom I'm around.
One is pretty predictable, being my love for Hanako.
1: Painful History. (Hanako's theme.) This song is beautiful. I cry almost every time I hear it. It's so powerful, so intense, and fits Hanako's story so well. I already love Hanako, so it only makes sense that I love her theme. This theme is the most emotional song in the entire game, and I love it.
Extra: Aria Del l'etoile. I also cry nearly every time I hear this. It pretty much means you've done your job right and you've got the girl. Such a simple, yet beautiful piece.

The first thing that came to my mind was the possibility of an American Mutou.

In no particular order,
Lulllaby of Open Eyes
Wiosna
Three Stars
Innocense
Confort
Letting My Heart Speak
I tend to go with the tunes that inspire strong emotions rather than 'catchy' ones.

Why can't catchy songs illicit strong emotions too?

Because if I start humming the emotional songs I'll end up like this poor bastard.
