KSG = Katawa Shoujo General thread on /vg.

Most posters here no longer seem to/never did frequent 4chan anyway, so don't worry too much about it.

I answered: "One hand on the radio, one hand out the window, and her knee doing the steering."

I might be paraphrasing...

You mean immigrate.

When you go there it's immigrate, when you're leaving the place it's emigrate.
That reminds me i need to improve my language before i can immigrate ;D

A few questions were missing a none/don't care option.
For example regarding which path would need an additional scene at the end (none) or which has the best sprites/CGs (all equal)
Also the "When did you first read the final version?" question lacks a December option ;-)

So he's correct, then. He's leaving wherever he is to go to Canada. When he arrives, to the Canadian Immigration officer he'll be an immigrant. From the perspective of people in his home country watching him leave, he's an emigrant.

He's discussing his moving to Canada, not his leaving Italy (based on his location tag), thus he's describing the immigration portion of the process.

If phrased along the lines of, "I would say Canada, because I may emigrate from Italy to there," that would be a proper use of the word.

I don't want there to be any confusion about how the two terms differ.

Just filled it out myself a bit ago. Actually enjoyed it.

Yuibro, good on you for making it so comprehensive. 1065 responses already on a survey like this? I expect interesting data, mister. Can you mix and mash various things? Like how many Emibros actually run(who said Emi as their favourite girl and then see how many of them said running or eating healthy) or what the fans of the respective girls are actually like(personal answer they gave, age, "chance with any of the girls :) , etc). I'm really looking forward to the results.

There's no confusion. In this case there is not even ambiguity regarding the usage, since if he had meant emigrating from Canada, the post wouldn't have made sense. (In fact in that case, omitting the "from" would be bad grammar...)
Simply omitting the information where he is emigrating from doesn't make the usage wrong.

Probably should have had it for the epilogues question and a few others, but for the sprites / CGs specifically I wanted to force people to choose, similar to the what's your favorite route. Nobody started mentioned anything about adding the don't care options until I already had 300 responses, so by then it would have been too late :T

Yeah I plan too. 1100 responses is a lot so it will just take a bit of time once I close it down.

I'm done. I'm dead. This survey killed me.

Just so everyone knows Akira doesn't drive, she FUHKIN FLIES. Apparently I'm from Canada.

Yay! Canada power!
Also, if anyone here didn't answer a question with, "To seek the Holy Grail!" I am very disappoint.

There sounds like it's meant to be dative, so correct: he may emigrate to there.

I answered. Did my best on the ksg questions but I've never even set foot on /vg/. Oh well =]

I still really have no idea what /vg/ is, other than some type of forum.

A board in 4chan, where people make one thread for their game, and discuss it there. Different from /v/ in a way that /v/ is supposed to be about anything video-game related, but /vg/ is only about games.
