KS basically portrays those with disabilities overcoming their differences in the most ideal way, to the point they can function normally or close to it. A big part of how one handles their disabilities is how long they have had it. Being blind from birth is far easier than being blind because of an accident, suddenly losing that sense that you've relied on can be seriously crippling, it's the difference between stumbling around and bumping into things, and using a retractable cane to calmly navigate most situations with ease. Same goes for most disabilities, there are some people who can function on the same level as the girls in KS, but they aren't the norm from my experience.

So I've spent about a week or so, reading this story in bits and pieces. My thoughts (and the majority of my chat messages) while reading it have been something like this: "Oh hey, this is cool. Oh, that's creepily good. OH F***! THAT HURTS. F****************************************! Now I have to finish this, even at the cost of all else!"

Excellent. Also, I'm horrible at VNs. I picked every bad choice first. @_@ This is a track record for me so far.

I was undecided as to whether I should actually sign up and (semi-necro) post just to gush about the story, I was swayed by your comments about this sort of thing. You have another fan. :)

Well, no one can blame you for wanting to. It is a pretty fantastic story.

Really enjoyed this story. TBH I was skeptical at first if someone could create a character out of someone that doesn't even play a part in the story. I'm glad I was proven wrong, it was really well written. I loved the way you built up the character Suzu, I found she took a lot of elements from Rin, but a more light hearted smarter Rin. The way you combined her thoughts and the way she saw the world was well done. I found myself coming back to this story every time I came home. You always left me wanting more and more. Although When the first choice popped up, I didn't think Suzu was going to die if I chose to agree with Hisao, it made me kinda sad :(. It was really well done though, especially the part with Seiji showing up. Suzu grew from a boring background character to a fantastic addition to the story. Great story and fantastic character creation skills! Bravo. :D

You should probably consult the author prior to doing something like that.

Thanks, I just sent a pm. I'm new to the whole forum thing. (first forum I've ever actually posted in.)

Ok, I have the go-ahead from Scissorlips to turn this into an eBook! :D
If anyone is interested, I'm in search of some type of cover/picture to use as the first page.

This is my personal favorite among all the fan art for this route (warning, much larger than the page):

I was doing that, and I have an epub a .mobi minus images, but then life happened. I did come up with a system for embedding images into the ebook without breaking the reading on mobile: it works rather like the forum thread, with links to individual images at the end of the ebook, and return links back. If you want the HTML, I can send it to you.

That, good sir, would be all kinds of awesome. As of right now, the only image I have is the "cover". I'm going to put the whole thing together, then re-read it, and note where to put images. Only other issue is my TOC I rather long.......

Hey, sorry, my computer has been/is acting up, and I haven't been able to work on this very much. I still plan on making it, but there is going to be a bit of a delay..... :(

Suzu is now my official waifu now. Thats it. It's settled. No more Hanako. Look what you did Scissorlips. Are you proud of yourself? Making a grown ass man cry like that. I'm gonna have to get you with my falling down covered in spikes attack now.
