Missing Last Picture in Gallery

Got 100% completion according to the Library but missing the last imagine on the last page of the gallery. After the items slot on page 9, thought it was something you get at 100% but apparently not. Anybody know what it is, or how I could go about getting it?

Taking a wild guess here..
But did you get both endings for Lilly? Or just the 'good'?
Just getting the good will allow you to get all scenes, but the game engine may not unlock the last Image if you didn't get the 'bad' end for Lilly.

Only thing I can think of.

You need to achieve the good, bad (where such exists), and neutral (where such exists) endings for each girl, regardless of whether the ending comes with it's own scene. Some do not, they just end earlier.

For instance: Lilly's neutral ending ends four scenes before her good ending. That's the one I was missing, even though it didn't add any new scenes, as soon as I finished it, I got the last image. Very possibly that's what you're missing as well, as I believe it's the only ending without a different scene or picture.

I got every image except that one xD. Also for those who posted to look after the credits for lilly's final picture the OP was asking for the one on Page 9 after the =?= picture (AKA items) tbh if it involves bad endings I literally quit. I can't stand making these girls cry

I don't think it has anything to do with Lily because I got all the endings with all the girls and there is still the extra picture too

If you have 100% completion and all 11 endings, you should have the picture.

It is possible to get 100% without getting all the endings with the girls. It isn't possible to get 100% without getting the Kenji ending. So I didn't include it.
