This is good (only mistake I saw was "cause of" should be "causes of a") but I feel you should do some more research on the topic to make it better.

The more you relate what is known about the Quark and the Emiquark, the better this will be.

The punchline is scientists thought "strange" and "charm" were good names for states.

Is this perhaps a reference to Emi's path when Mutou tells Hisao that some phenomena can be observed only by observing how they affect things around them? I know next to nothing about physics so this is the first thing that came into my mind.
