4chan's had the same banners for years now. Moot added this one, though, in honor of KS:

KS is a part of 4chan culture. It's no surprise that they would honor it in a banner.

There was also one with Shizune from the Act 1 fight CG, and another with one of mikeinel's drawings of Shizune and Misha

Photoshop may have been involved though, since I hadn't seen either of them for myself, just "screencaps"

I've seen the Shizune banner taken from the catfight CG earlier today (also the Kenji one).

A bunch of people in IRC were refreshing repeatedly this morning to see all the new ones, last I saw the count was 3 KS related banners, two Shizooooon and that Kenji banner.
