OSX & Linux launcher could screw up your file permissions

Don't run the launcher if your current working directory is not the actual game directory. The chmod command in the launcher will screw up all your file permissions below your pwd. Not cool, totally not cool...

Oh godammit, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Will make a fix immediately.

P.S. This only affects Linux though.
