May I just ask of what descent would that Caucasian-bloodline be? Also, isn't Satou a Japanese surname?

This is a tough one, but I'm going to say "Portuguese."

It's a secret to everybody. Half Japanese, half European something or other. My guess is it's going to be a plot point of some sort in the finished game.

I suppose he asked something like... percentage...? Anyway, the odd thing is that, AFAIK, Lilly is like half-japanese or something, but having no japanese features at all is more than a little out of the ordinary.
And no, she's obviously Irish!... or a highlander.

I'm half Dominican and have no noticeable Dominican features. Sometimes people are just physically more like one side of their family than the other.

This makes sense considering that Akira looks a bit more Japanese than Lilly does, but still has blonde hair.

Well, that is true, but looking "100%" like one of your parents is rather uncommon.

Nobody's mentioned Australian yet, even though she's being
written by one?
Nah, that's probably too obvious.

I just can't see Lilly being Australian... But strangely I can see her being from Iceland or something.

Character is more an issue with her being an aussie than looks. Maybe if you replaced the tea with goon it would be plausible, but this may just be my biased point of view.

I don't think she pisses in jars and throws them at people, so she can't be australian.
