I recently discovered this game, and after ~35 hours I finally completed it, 100%... or that's what I thought, when going to gallery for some reason there is a picture I can't get, don't know what it is but I suppose is from Emi's arc part.2, but after doing the arc from start to finish I can't seem to unlock such picture

Is the only one I don't have, and want to complete the game :'(

Did you go through the route making all possible dialogue choices? If you've done that and it still won't appear, then yes, it might be a bug.

The imgur link doesn't work for me. Where in the gallery is it supposed to be? What pictures are before and after it?

EDIT: including my own gallery. Let me know which one it is and I'll check how to get it
