Hmmm, if he could still see the lines and dots clearly, he wouldn't need normal eyesight. How he would differentiate between allies and enemies on the battlefield, however, would still be a problem.

That must be why Kenji is so nuts now, he spent too long with his glasses off and the mystic eyes drove him crazy from overuse, similar to how they give Shiki killer migraines when he overuses them.
