As realistic as each of these portrayals is, however, they are still not 100% faithful to reality. For example, Joker does not have the blue sclera, spinal curvature, or hearing loss present in many people with Type I Osteogenesis Imperfecta. This raises the question if any video game perfectly portrays people and their disabilities. Surprisingly, one such game exists — Katawa Shoujo
