It's just that I've never been in CYOA threads.

I just realized how hard I'd be laughing if there was a scene where Hisao pops a massive boner for no reason at all... although we could say that's it's a side effect of some new medications, since that would give reason for it to be extra-large. He'd obviously be trying desperately to conceal it, with less than satisfactory results, and depending in which path you're on and what choices you've made, each girl reacts differently to his manhood.

Hanako would get really embarrassed and immediately look away, with little to no regard for tact, while maybe wondering if it should be taken as a compliment.
Lilly, well, wouldn't notice unless she suddenly finds something poking her buttock(s), at which point Hisao realized what he's done and has a heart attack.
Rin comments that there doesn't seem to be a problem with his junk, but mentions that a more thorough inspection should be conducted.
Shizune would successfully play it off as if she didn't see at first, knowing this to be advantageous, then playfully bring it up as a form of blackmail later on.

and to keep with the topic (boners), what I want to happen is a really awkward scene with Nurse where Hisao has to say that he wants to have sex with his girlfriend but can't because of his meds, so could Nurse please change them. that would be hilarious.

Haha, maybe this is just me, but I expect Shizune to be a bit of a prude. I could be wrong, I guess. I know Hisoa will bang her some time over the coarse of her story arc. But hey, nothing worth having comes easy, right?

I can't be the only one who wants things to happen in the story based on how much time I've invested into coming up with said events

I think that my wishes would generally require additional characters.

I'm interested in seeing more mental conditions explored. Not the sort that would generally land you in an institution, but which make aspects of modern life exceptionally difficult or different for the affected than most others. Histrionic disorders, anhedonia, Asperger's, OCD, et cetera.

It would be great to have a scene where Hisao asks about Misha's disability and it turns out to be something mundane, and Hisao remarks that it "wasn't what he thought it would be."
