Yes. I always imagined that Rin would have pretty good abs or at least a well-defined flat tummy because of all the exercise she gets using her legs elevated at those angles.
The lines in the pic are very graceful, a very art deco poster sort of look.

It's not the breasts I don't believe (they do look quite natural), it's the numbers and letters. It's pretty standard operating procedure to inflate those for performers like this.
