Well, I wasn't expecting another lover of Alice to appear here, or anywhere, for the matter. There was a piece of artwork earlier on in this that had Hanako cosplaying as Alice.

I am intrigued. How so?

It can be more realistic, in a sense. You, literally, enter a mental realm, unlike normal dreaming, which is just looking into the mental realm. Of course, this is assuming the person in the coma starts dreaming.
Though, most often then not, a person in comatose will be able to hear noises. And, when awaken, will be able to remember those noises. For some people, not necessarily people in comatose, will transfer sounds in the real world to the current dream they're having. Say, when someone is talking, you might hear a figure or character in your dream say the exact same words.

While mental realms or dreams are a fascinating subject, one that I'm not all that interested in studying in college, it has little to actually do with Katawa Shoujo, as we don't really have anyone recovering from a long time-span coma in the story. Hiaso wasn't really in a coma in the story, he only blacked out for about a day or two.

I doubt more about to put the sixth together...Hanako/Lilly and Shizune/Misha have interactions in all Routes, but you are completly isolated from the rest of the girls if you go for Emi or Rin....and if you choose the others, you don't be so close to Emi/Rin no ?

Actually, on Lilly's route, you do interact with Emi and Rin some on-screen. And, it's implied during Shizune's route that Hisao is friends with the others off-screen.

Actually, the concept of the picture is great. The picture itself is poorly done. Either her legs are broken, or her spine is very long for a human. Then you have her left arm...

I'm only keeping the picture, because it's Hanako cosplaying my favorite character of all time.
