Seems to be Katawa Shoujo, spam/off topic stuff, serious discussion, and having a good time.

The community does seem rather kind and open minded as well, which makes it easier to get into the forum.

You forgot the "is KS a game or a visual novel?" argument.

Some nice discussion with a mostly relaxed open minded atmosphere and a few people that just post way too damn much without having anything worthwhile to say.

*hangs head in shame* So I've been told. I'm sorry. :(

Newcomers perspective:
Kind open-minded and open-hearted community in general
oh god the feels/old hats telling them to relax
a downer or two but every community has those
and most importantly for me: insightful :D
Completion order: Emi->Lily->Shizune->Hanako->Rin
Feels order: Emi->lily/Hanako->Rin->Shizune

For me, it's like every member of the forum is joined together by a similar interest. Basically, we're all one big dysfunctional family :lol:

To describe the forum in a matter of a few words... "Feels", "Bacon", "Hentai", "Chocolate", and, "Xanatos". That's the best I could do there.

Some people are writing random shit into every thread they can find, seemingly only to raise their post count and therefore enlongating their e-penis. A certain member has posted 17 times a day on average since the 10th of July 2012.

Gee, with that much clue you might as well just say the name. Just means he's more engaged in the community no?

I wonder who you could be talking about... On an entirely unrelated note, I assume you have received your complimentary chocolate?

I wonder how sad and pathetic your life must be for you to stalk other memebers' post-per-day ratio. I'd like to refrain from using the term "butthurt" here, but(t)...

...causing everyone else talking about his random shit in a way or another. He then either post his reply about random shit or post yet another random shit and therefore, make the community alive.

No flaming please~. Although I am not encourage it, I did not ask anyone to not derail this topic.

@Sedinus. You know. One thing I hate is that I myself neither can bring myself to post random shit or keep number of post up to "newcomers"

Edit: To Silentcook. If you read this. Can I start a topic that used for talks about random things?

I want to make Thai Translation of KS alone and protesting with this signature.

Unofficially Demanding. Temporary even-more malfunctioned in English Grammar.

Introducing one of the few thread of it's kind that bring the world together. Wait, Whatever then.

Or perhaps some members are simply enthusiastic about KS, and enjoy talking with and spending time with people who feel the same.

I don't consider a community more alive, just because there's random crap flying around all day long. I tend to rate communities by the amount of members posting daily and the amount of on-topic threads/messages per day. Anyone can fake activeness by turning a forum into a chatroom.
You know. One thing I hate is that I myself neither can bring myself to post random shit or keep number of post up to "newcomers"
I consider it an admirable quality myself. It means there's less clutter for me to sift through every time I visit while looking for stuff that's worth replying to.
Sisterhood: True Edition. Hanako epilogue I wrote. Now expanded with additional chapters.
