What's the weirdest thing you've done while playing KS?

The strangest thing? I don't recall doing anything strange, really, while reading the VN. Although, as I recall, anytime someone happened by and could possibly catch a glimpse of my screen, I hid KS behind a web browser, WoW, Flash or some other innocuous program.

I'm really not sure why, either.

I'd rather hide WoW behind anything else, including actual cripple porn.

My mother knocked on my door when I was using headphones. I didn't hear it. When she opened the door I panicked, and hit the Alt button with all my might. I'm sure she didn't see anything, but the problem remains; Now she's very suspicious.

Eh. It's not like most people haven't done mindless crap with their friends in the past before.

There were a few points in WoW where I did kinda throw myself into pointless grind crap, but more often than not it would just be something to do while talking to friends in-game or otherwise.

As for the battling side of it (whether PvP or dungeon crawling), that was certainly more entertaining, but it was greatly preferable when, again, played with friends.

Basically, I found it as a mix of a multiplayer RPG and a chat room. I never had issues with needing to go grind for weeks to get something. That was boring, honestly.


More on topic... I suppose the weirdest thing I've done has been to alt-tab and forum browse while listening to the BGM? Usually when I'm reading a story I'm either reading it or I've put it away.

Weird Thing 1: I turned off the music of the game and used music from Final Fantasy VI (3 in the states) via a media player/YouTube. For example:

Hanako's Theme(s) - Awakening (Terra's 1st theme)
Kenji's Theme - Gogo's Theme
Menu Theme - The Prelude
Any scene that Hisao and his friend went to the city - Kids Walk Through the CIty (South Figaro's Theme)
Any scene with Jigoro - Cyan's Theme (because samurais)
Any (non sexual) romantic scene - Theme of Love (from Final Fantasy IV)

If that means she kills Tidus in a half-assed fighting game spin-off for a handheld no one in their right mind would by, i'll start a church of Hanako. I'll even build a real church by hand if she gets Cloud and Sephiroth in the process and puts an end to the two most overrated characters in all of gaming.
...though that might be a tall bill to cover by someone who isn't even a video game character. Maybe we should take the random thoughts to the next step and let Hanako Terra gain assistance from Shizune Freeman and Lilly of the Locra.
