Sorry if it's already been mentioned, but is this at the exact same time as the original /a/ sticky or as soon as it turns the 4th, if so what timezone?

Or would not be given at that point. Doubt twenty minutes changed the situation that much.
The timezone is the same as what 4chan uses regardless, I believe it's Eastern Standard Time.

So, it's gonna be on EST for sure? Because I could have sworn I saw people saying that while no time is being given, it'd be released on January 4th, relative to GMT. Either way is fine, it's just a few hours wait difference, and I've waited 3 years, what's another 6(ish) hours?
Either way, if it IS relative to GMT, according to GMT it is officially January 4th, so regardless, now we wait.
