Why do I picture it looking like Kenji's room in KS? Or maybe A22 expressed a few of the Dev teams struggles, ramped them up, and Kenji was born. (Or maybe he toned them down.)
I'm finding it amusing to picture Kenji as the "bastard love child" othe the internal stresses of the Dev team. Which also illustrates that my mind jumps the rails very easily when I don't have my morning coffee in me.
