You're in luck, there's a new Time travel fic freshly out.
Other than that there's only Numbered Days which I already linked to in the other thread.
If you are looking for a specific pairing, this is something you can search for in the library.
As for the publication date... I'm not sure why that should be a criterium, it's also a bit hard to specify, since some stories have been published over several months or even years...

Publication date after 2012-01-04 is actually useful, though, to filter out prerelease fics... (Not completely useful, though, Closure comes to mind as a fic that was released after the release, but made prerelease assumptions that didn't hold up in release.)

Could someone explain what the library anniversary is (that is, what it is for the purposes of this thread)? I can't figure it out from context.

It's been a year since the Yamaku Library sticky thread was set up. These stories commemorate that.
