Please do NOT submit any fics you haven't even read yourself!
It's enough work correcting your entries for those fics you have read.
And please use the format provided in the OP.

I am using the format, for the most part, sometimes however they don't fall under the category of "Epilogue, Route, Prequel". I was under the impression all fanfics were worth mentioning, so I've been indiscriminately tagging everything.
~I hate endings~ Fan fiction is the only way to keep KS alive!
~The only good ending is a sequel~

I do wonder if there shouldn't be a rule that says "if you can't fill in all the info on the form, don't submit it". Comrade's got enough work to do as caretaker without making him chase stuff down like that.
Rin is orthogonal to everything.
Stuff I've written: Developments, a continuation of Lilly's (bad? neutral?) ending - COMPLETE!

Quick question, I've got that guy's epilogue Emporium filled out when i realized he has a good 20 other fics in his paste bin but not here. I can't really find any way to contact him. Can I submit them or is that a no zone?

Using the format is nice, but listing every fic can be spammy- especially when you are mainly submitting fics you havent read yet ("indiscriminately tagging everything").

I can understand trying to be helpful, but lets go at this with a manageable pace.

I'd just link his Hanako Epilogue, since it has the link to his other material at the beginning. (Even though the title just says that it's his own "Emporium")

I am using the format,
No, you're not. The format includes all those tags for making parts of the text bold, so you can actually find the information among this wall of text.
I was under the impression all fanfics were worth mentioning, so I've been indiscriminately tagging everything.
One rule SC set was that there was to be only the barest quality control, since the quality of fanfictions is highly subjective and open to debate. We don't want to debate here. That's for other threads.

If we wanted to make an index of ALL fanfics here, comrade and I would compile that list by ourselves and post it when we're done in a few months. We wouldn't need help for that. It's easy.

This list is to make it easier to find stories people might like, so it's not really useful to submit a story if you haven't read it or if you don't think it's good.

@Sea:
We're only including stories here on the forums.
Several reasons:
1. I'm not sure if SC would be okay with linking external fics (Somehow I doubt it.)
2. Authors who posted their fics here have thereby signalled they are okay with the fics being here, being found and being read. If they didn't post them here, they probably had their reasons not to.

We do not include fics outside of the furoms. if you can convince the author to repost them here then its fine.

Guys, Mirage gave me another batch of fics. you can check them out on the OP.

For the record, we don't care either way about linking from this thread only to KS fanfics outside the forums, as long as they're public domain. If you put it out on the Internet, you get no complaint if someone links to it. Give proper credit, only for external use, etc. Common courtesy stuff.

Then again, if an author actively requires to remove or not link to what he wrote, the forum user who put it up is responsible for promptly taking care of that, no discussion.

There are authors who departed or got banned from here, so I wouldn't be surprised to see difficulties arise. It all comes down to how much work you want to put in maintaining the thread.

I prefer not including external fics, it makes checking them considerably harder.
whenever an author asks for his fic to be removed, it will be removed. no questions asked.

What about fics which are on Pastebin/elsewhere, but also have their own story-specific feedback thread here on the forums?
For instance, here's a forum link to "Ascent: An Emilogue", which is an awesome Emi epilogue story.

I might as well write up the details:
Ascent: An Emilogue – Epilogue by Mountaineer (Completed, ca. 13,000 words)
PoV: Hisao; Pairings: Hisao x Emi; Begins: after Emi's Good End
Remarks: Sex
