(This is deadfic. There's a lot about this story that I dislike, some of which I disavow outright, and I would like to put it behind me. This story was written when I was much younger, and a much worse writer, and it altogether just isn't very good. Thanks for everybody who has supported my writing over the years.)

In all my musings, I had never given merit to this kind of scenario occurring. Yet it has, and it's been done uniquely well.

I admit, despite the countless fic ideas that constantly make their way through my mind, most of them ludicrous and stupid, I never thought of this. Most fics I see I at least considered something like it or even exactly the same, but to me this one is utterly unique, I applaud you on that one, sir. I am very interested on seeing where this may go.

What's this? Do I see a good reason to flesh out the male half of Yamaku's student body?

...proceed.

It is really amazing - there are literally hundreds of fanfictions here on the forums, yet nobody thought about writing something like this so far!
And writing it so well, too. Never mind taking a few passager from the original word by word, but you did a good job of making sure to portray Iwanako differently from Hisao whenever it counted.
I could see this as the basis of a whole bunch of other fics, and I'd be really tempted to write one myself, but that would be too big a project to tackle right now...

Huh. I'm intrigued. I honestly didn't see this one coming, but I think it's an idea with lots of potential. Please continue!

Like seeing the woods for the trees, this was a wonderful and unexpected read, but seems so right. A wonderful start. I look forward to seeing where this goes, and please take as long as you need to carry on the superb quality of this fanfic ^^

I've always been interested in the idea of a female lead for for KS, but this idea is a brilliant change in the point of view. Also, i think that you got her personality right. Iwanako does seem in the game like someone who would eventually give up when the going gets though. It makes a lot of sense she's far more resigned and fatalistic even than Hisao was. She's not reading even, and doesn't care for her education, and just looks for a mindless escape. I wonder how the rest of this story will go... :)

Takashi and Akio seem like they would be prime candidates for love interests. Taro is... well... I mean, just look at the guy. [/sounds like an asshole]

I love how well you pulled this off though. The idea of Iwanako being in Hisao's position came across my mind before and was mentioned in passing by one or two people on the forums, but I've never seen anybody go for the belt. There's a lot of interesting possibilities in the way you characterized her.
