You have two options:
a) Look
here, or
b) read the first few paragraphs of the story and make an educated guess - in the case of this story it becomes obvious less than half a page into the story.

Now that this has been necro'ed...
Best Shizune fan fiction I've read. For me, this turned Shizune from least favorite to most. Thank you themocaw.

Made an account just to say wow, that was a fantastic read! A great follow up to a great story, and this is now my personal official ending to Shizune's route, so much so that I refuse to read any others... heh.
The ending of her route left a lot to be desired, especially considering that hers was my first route, so I was a bit heartbroken that it ended so suddenly. This adds a dimension of closure to the story, and I'm left wholly satisfied and not really needing any more (although more is always nice!).
You've managed to create something beautiful here, and I'm sure every Shizune fan thanks you for it!

Shizune is my least favourite girl,but this fanfic was amazing,it had a great ending,Shizune's ending in KS,was more like friendship,not lovers,so glad this fan fiction change that.
