Please, just don't. In the case of "choose your own adventure", the amount of pithy comments and the bloating of the thread due to people pushing for choices get very old very fast. We have no problem with linking to threads existing elsewhere, as you may notice, but you see how large an archive of that can get.
In the case of RP threads, they are enjoyed only by a handful of people, again compared to the mass of posts required. That's when they don't devolve into Internet drama and when they stay within the setting at all.
