To answer your question, a random drawing of Kenji yelling something about Feminist conspiracies, a crudely drawn picture of male genitalia, and rough, overall mediocre character drawings is enough to get a post on the mishimmie, yes, that should suffice.
First Play through: Lilly>Hanako>Emi>Rin>Shizune
