The pun is the entire phrase "blinded you with science," because Lilly is blind. I know the song goes "WITH SCIENCE" heavily emphasized, but that doesn't make any sense as a joke, because that is not the focal point of the pun.

Hmmm, if I was writing it myself I'd have put "Blinded you with science" in panel 3, but find the way it was done is still funny. Getting worried about a certain format is too much for me. It isn't like I'm trying to translate them to a foreign language or anything.
