Well in my case, I didn't know what guro meant until too late. Clicked out of curiosity. *shrug* That's no reason for it to be removed, though.

If you can be convinced to do anything more then I'm going to suggest Lilly post beating (bruised, terrified look on her face, barely standing with torn clothes), Emi having her arms sawn off ('Let's finish the job!~'), Rin being strangled to death, drowned or hung and Hanako having her good side burnt or just threatened with a torch (her expression would be so cute~ <3).

Hanako: Blowtorch + medieval stretching rack
Emi: Break the blades off her prosthetic legs and stab her over and over again with them.
Rin: Have her legs chained to the ceiling, and go crazy with a knife.
Misha: Wire her mouth shut.
Lilly: Nothing, since I like her most. Oh alright, gouge her eyes out. It's not like she needs them anymore.
