Found it anyway.
You resisted the urge to comfort Misha, but you still had the picture of the bad end...
Also: That equation made me laugh. Good thing I wasn't drinking anything at the time.

Bad end: I found that image (like most of what's on my hard-drive) while looking for something else.
Always wondered the context.
I have a bunch of Rin and Lilly that I'm looking forward to seeing the context of when I play their paths.
After I finished Shizu's path the 3rd time, I went back and... ahem...
comforted Miasha (ARA! ARA!)
Because HELLO!!!
Hence my questioning if Shizune knew that we had cheated or not.

As for that arguments can be made for either case.
My personal opinion is that she did not know. She's the type who would get angry instead of depressed over something like this.

A lot got cut from the vid script, including
Shizune: Misha told me everything.
Shizune: I know what you two were talking about on the roof, I'm not stupid
Shizune: It's my fault anyway.
Much hints at... either way.
And we never find out definitively.
So, I can see both sides.
