Full Version not working

when I download the DDL for the full version on windows the game works but when im playing the game once I get to the point where Hisou and Hanako are playing chess in hanako's bedroom on here birthday the game goes to credits once the game of chess starts why is that I downloaded the full version so it should be the entire game right

it's not a bug, you got the very unsatisfying neutral ending, try it again differently.

what would I do differently I made all the same decisions as someone who has been able to play more than just up to there atleast I think I made the same decisions

I cant play the full version because for some reason I am getting the neutral ending with hanako

So if anybody knows which decisions I pick for the choices so that I don't have to end with the neutral ending can I get them because I really want to get farther in the game

People can give you the answers, but the endings you get don't mean nearly as much if you don't earn them.

Go back, look at what choices you've made, and try to see where you messed up and what you can do better next time.
