Crash/Freeze

I am running Windows XP, 1gb RAM. On the startup scene before the menu, the game freezes. I have played before and it started tonight. Reinstalled and it still happens, any help?
Lilly>Hanako>Emi>Shizune
Havent done Rin yet, her arc is next.

Installed into a dif. folder. It works!
