Doesn't respond when opened? (Windows 7, 64-bit)

I can download the game just fine (both the DDL and torrent), but once it installs and I open it up, I can't get past the loading screen. It freezes and then I have to force close it. Anyone else have this problem, or a solution to this problem?

Sorry, but I can't help as I have no problems with the game (windows 7 home premium 64-bit) apart from one crash when it was in fullscreen mode.
