ValueError: Uncovertible Time

I managed to play one day worth of this excellent work the devs have created, but now it goes from the opening
logo to black like it is going to play the game and then I'm right back on my desktop with a file called traceback.txt
open.

I know similar problems have been addressed, but I have no idea what to do. Any help would make you a god in my eyes.

Somebody on another forum had a very similar problem, and they said they fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I can't guarantee that'll fix it for you, but it's worth a shot, right?
