It seems to me that BDSM wouldn't be that far out.
Bondage and submission revolves around placing trust in someone else both physically and emotionally- both of which would be intensely difficult for an already emotionally fragile Hanako.
It seems almost fitting in that respect.

Though if a sex olympics exists, then we've found Shizune's H-route. Everything's a contest to her, after all.

I can say that I'd probably never leave my room. So maybe it's a good thing none of this happened and we got something actually worth reading.

If Katawa Shoujo were more of an H-game, maybe some of the following...

- Emi helps Rin shave her legs and the girls can't resist doing a bit of experimentation. May (or may not) involve Emi and Rin using their stumps on each other in some interesting ways.

- Emi reveals that she knows all about the track captain's adventures in the shed because she spied on him and another guy in there once. A flashback, from Emi's perspective, shows what happened.

- Shizune, Hisao and Misha give the new student council a sexy initiation.

- The nurse notices Emi fidgeting a lot in her wheelchair and she admits doing anal with Hisao and not having a good experience. The next time Hisao comes in for an appointment, Nurse gives him a thorough demonstration of proper anal sex techniques.

- Misha mentioned that Hisao was her first time with a man, suggesting she may have been with a woman before. A flashback, from Misha's perspective, shows her first time with another woman.

- Hisao/Lilly/Shizune threesome, where Shizune and Lilly are trying to outdo each other in kinkiness.

- After Emi gets mad and storms out of the room during dinner, Meiko decides to take advantage of having Hisao all to herself.

Mieko could totally justify it as wanting to make sure he daughters boyfriend knows what he's doing. Akira could do something similer.

Some other situations.

-Rin asks to watch Emi and Hisao have sex in front of her so she can get some insperation.

-We always assume drunken threesome for Lily and Hanako at the birthday party. But how about a threesome during the trip to Hokkaido? Instead of just Lily approaching Hisao, both girls do.

-Akira visits her sister and asks how the sex has been. She then starts flashing back to times with her boyfriend and giving her sister tips.


Now for some alternate scenario ideas for the story.

-Kenji enlists Hisao's aid in uncovering the feminist conspiracy at Yamaku when Hisao first arrives. Each chapter he sends Hisao out to get information from a different girl. Hisao never gets any information about a feminist conspiracy, but he doe get into the girls pants.

- The "Combating the declining birthrate" plot seems to be getting more popular in Erogage. So after arriving at Yamaku Hisao finds out the school has a policy that in order to graduate girls must have gotten pregnant, and guys must have gotten a girl pregnant. As an eligable new guy, Hisao finds himself highly disirable by several girls.

Or Akira could have a "talk" with Hisao. Giving him some tips.

While Akira wasn't as blessed as Lily in the boobs department, you can still tell she has some if you look closely enough. Though since most of her apperences have her wearing clothes that hide her curves, it's hard to tell. Not like we ever saw her in a swimsuit.
