Well, in terms of cosplay his outfit is very generic.
He doesn't have anything outstanding in his look for people to really see and associate with.

^The only way people can know who you cosplaying as Hisao is the following:

1. You need a damn wig that's messy. Stop using ya real hair.

2. Use make-up and use it to put like a fake scar across your chest.

33. If you cna, get a green suit jakcet and mod it to make it look like the Yamaku male uniform.

Hisao is pretty generic clothes, making it hard to identify him if you don't know what you're looking for. Get a messy wig that's lighter brown, and think of some way to say 'Hey, this thing's from Katawa Shoujo." Maybe some sort of pendant or tag?

Aren't you guys missing something? Why cosplay Hisao in his school clothes (BTW, green trousers, like Tezuka's +50 points to recognition)?

Even without matching colours it's pretty distinct for an anime/game character.

I considered this, actually, which is why I'm going to make a cushion identical to the game's logo. It'll be small enough to carry around a con without me being bothered by it, but big enough for people who know KS to recognize it.

All right, I need some help.

I'm thinking of doing a Hisao cosplay for A and G Ohio, and, strange as it sounds, can't find any full-body pictures of Hisao.

A quick Google search for "hisao nakai" yielded the following top-ten results:
1. Emi sex scene

4. Some random sex scene

I'm thinking of using khaki pants instead of green pants, as I didn't even realize he had green pants until now.

I searched Hisao Nakai and got
1. Every Sex Scene in the game
2. Some fan made sketches
3. Pictures of those wounds that people who meditate at church altars for long periods of time supposedly get (the wounds through the hands and feet)

I thought about putting a sign around my neck saying:
"Wanted: Sex with girls my age. Cripples, amputees, or burn victims preferred."
...but I didn't think that would go over very well.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. It's a very generic costume and hard to recognize, and thus hard to pull off correctly.

My cosplay came in today. The only thing I am missing at the moment are her scars. I need to buy the make-up and stuff and right now I don't have the money. But it's still a few months from the con, so I have plenty of time.

Not bad at all, If the glasses are not hs actual ones, however. I would have preferred if he had gone for something more "Coke Bottle" like. I imagine Kenji's glasses being these big, thick, god awful monstrosties.

The tailor did a spectacular job on the clothes, but I can't shake the feeling that the bowtie is oversized. It certainly does not go shoulder to shoulder in-game.

Or it could be that my eyes are playing tricks on me because the photos are from a VGA camera. XD
