You know what would be ironic or just plain perfect.
Shizune = Exploud/Loudred or Mr. Mime
Misha = BeeDRILL, Magicarp(that's just cruel)
Lilly = Zubat(no eyes) or Noctowl(The best eyes)
Hanako = your Charmander or Ninetails(known by all as the perfect female costume for fire types)
Emi = Slowpoke(would be laughable), Buneary(spring in her step, physically and personality)
Rin = Ekans, Smeargle(for the artsy side),Poliwhirl(legs but no arms)
Kenji = Well, he could be an unown(because he is still a mystery), or a Ninjask(just because he looks like he could)
Rin=Hanako>Emi>Misha>Lilly>Shizune (Misha counts in my world alright; and now she surpassed Lilly)

Poliwag is the one with no arms, Poliwhirl is its evolved form and has arms. Also, it's Magikarp, not Magicarp.
