I've been working on a parody of the 'dating sim' opening sequence from episode 25 of The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya.
This is what I have finished for now and only the first 1/3 of the total length. (Hmm, looks like videos can't be embedded?)



Made under the crude conditions of Windows Movie Maker and the audio might be a little off . If anyone can give me a hand in synchronizing the audio and video, I'd really appreciate it.

Also, if you can think of better quotes for the girls (Lilly's definitely needs to be replaced), please tell!

I wanna see a Katawa Shoujo/Metal Gear Solid parody...but that'd be way too hard to make, probably.

That's some pro sketching. I look forward to the finished product. I like how you added the girls more memorable lines.

Lilly doesn't say anything particularly funny but the one quote that did give some jest was:
"Sorry, Akira is taken"
Or something like that.

So ten heroines. The females shown in-game so far are Shizune, Misha, Rin, Emi, Lilly, Hanako, Akira, Yuuko, and Iwanako. That leaves one more...

The fact that all the girls are kind of in groups of 2 would make a good Akatsuki (from Naruto) parody too...

Wish I could help you with the Lilly part, it really doesn't suit her overall character. However, it is a part of the game that everyone can easily remember. If you like at it this way, when people see the opening they'll be like, "oh yeah! That was funny".
