I say Shizune.

I used to play 40K in high school. If there are any new factions since then I may count them out, but...
Shizune- Tzeentch, all the way. This one is perfect. "Just as planned", and all that.
Lily- I'm going to say Inquisition here, if only because of the potential blind faith puns. Also appropriate since Shizune is Chaos.
Hanako- Sisters of Battle. Fire everywhere. This one's been established.
Emi- Tyranids. They run. A lot. And many are pink.
Rin- OK, I have no idea. If I had to pick one, I guess I'd stick her with Necrons, though I have no idea why.

I am probably all alone with that view but I think Hanako would be suitable for the Necrons. Imagine the tranquility and stillness of death like an infinite library where everyone is alone. And do not forget to note that the Necrons have no skin and there is no individual in the collective warriors of the C'tan meaning there would be no outer differences to distinguish oneself from the whole.
No damage would be permanent.
