Holy hell, this is still going. Keep this up, and the VR port DLC might not be impossible.

Some additional routes would be nice - Miki, Akira, Sae, Kenji-bromance (not my thing, but an option like that could be funny)... maybe some after-story for every good ending in the game? You got the girl, it's not the end, you should be able to enjoy the rest of your life together

But more seriously - I'd kill to have a JAPANESE Katawa Shoujo voice over. I'd trade every possible DLC and even throw in some cash to get that. This game doesn't need anything more.
It could use something beside voice over, but it doesn't NEED it.

And since you have to download it to look at the files, it's literally DLC.

An update that adds several new routes complete with exclusive music tracks.
The routes are:

• Kenji Route: After surviving Kenji's manly picnic and getting an ungodly hangover, you can choose to let Kenji to help you to get to class. What ensues is the closest Katawa Shoujo has to a canonical crack route fic, and also a manly route for manly men! Hisao will learn new skills that allow him to learn new information that he can relay to Kenji to advance against the "feminist conspiracy", play manly sports like bowling and Hisao will help Kenji with... relationship issues? Sure, it's the Kenji route, anything is possible.

• Hisao Route: Did you think the Bad Ending wasn't extreme enough? Well in this route, after surviving Kenji's manly picnic and enduring the worlds worst hangover, you can tell him to fuck off! In this route, you've rejected all the girls and Kenji in favour of going it alone. This route is a slow burning descent into self destruction madness, and despair, a tragic downward spiral of depression, isolation, loneliness and rage. In this route, every ending is a bad ending and it's up to the player to choose how far down the spiral they want to see Hisao fall, and if they want to see what if Hisao chose not to become a better person.

• Misha Route: If the player is on the right track to Shizune's route, a slight turn to alberquque might take you to an unexpected path. It sure is tough working for the Student Council, but with a lump of fun like Misha, you can't go wrong! In this route, you learn more about Misha and find out about her secret love for Shizune, a passionate love that can never be requited! But fear not! You're going to help Misha get a girlfriend. In this route, you get to play matchmaker, and the endings you get are determined by who you try to pair Misha up with, giving Katawa Shoujo fans a unique experience like no other!
