I even have a 'voice' if Shizune actually speak (or if she can speak, I imagine her voice like this)
Shizune
Perfect  though maybe except the Lilly one, not saying its bad but a tad too light of a voice for her ladylike persona?

She's already speaking in very-very polite and refined Japanese though, but I'll see if I can find another.

Never played any voice thing and I probably never will not to ruin my so-far experience.I imagine them mostly based on the girl's character and things she says.

Lilypichu must do misha no questions asked
Literally the only katawa seiyu voice actor I agreed with.

Also
Lilly: Ayako Kawasumi, because damn, that girl can make any emotion seem real.

Outside of the tropes which almost everyone falls into (Emi and Kenji have high-pitched voices, Misha's volume control is analogous to that of Billy Mays etc.), I always figured Rin had a low-pitched voice. I dunno why; it just seemed appropriate.

I also figured Nomiya had a phlegmy voice (think Manderley from Deus Ex).

Emi makes sense on that count, due to her size, but Kenji less necessarily so. I always feel like he's more nasal and reedy than high-pitched.

I hear her as something like Daria (from Daria, natch), but not as snarky — more deadpan. Which is probably not far from your assessment.

[Googles for it] Interesting. I always heard him as more dramatic, like maybe he once tried to be a stage actor and it stuck, a little. Hammy and booming. Jon Lovitz's Master Thespian character, turned down a few notches.

I don't think I can compare them to anything as I watched very little manga to be honest. But I imagine Emi's voice as little girl's one, high pitched and happy, Lilly's mature, calm and quiet, Misha's girlish loud and high pitched and Hanako's quiet and shy (like Hinata from Naruto).

Are those...
Are those from Artificial girl 3?

Nomiya has always been, for me, a sort of Frasier on Aderall.
Lilly has always had the elegant, almost posh, voice. Very careful on pronunciation and how she makes herself sound, especially because she isn't exactly aware about how she looks and therefore isn't too fussy on the matter.
I've also heard if you preordered Katawa Shoujo, you got the Cockney Gangster DLC, wherein Shizune gets a voice

A week or two of absence here and things seems to speed up really fast...

Yes, yes they are

It's basically the most stereotypical, basic, yet 'blunt' voice of a character, enough to give it its own personality.

I can't get my head wrapped up on any other seiyuus--especially western ones, that made me giggle.

That was a great reaction!

Back to topic: I can imagine some of the voices that might fit the characters.
Misha just begs to be voiced by Yui Horie (example: for example.
