Horrible scars from childhood injury? Check. Crippling self-image problems due to scars? Check. Distaste to human interaction? Check. Shy and reclusive... Half-check. Hester can and will kick ass, and she's pretty tempermental too. Except when she finds the one dude who looks past her scars. Then she's suddenly Hanako in one of her more outgoing moments.
