Potato: I'll make one last post, but afterwards I'd like to take it to PM if that's okay. I can process emotions on a basic level , but when I refer directly to processing them, I mean particularly strong emotions which I, perhaps meditatively for some, I first find the root of, then figure out how to deal with it aside from just jarring it inside and exploding on someone I know later. Used to jar emotion a lot, then I exploded. Have had to deal with chronic migraines caused by sunlight and or stress ever since. So now I either bind and fling or process. Dealing with emotions is just working through them for me.

That said, I could understand why someone would dislike parity, it's a little bit party-ish or like a busy street, so it may be overwhelming for some. I like it because I think it would be a great track to listen to while exploring a town. (Yes I organize music by what I'd be doing while listening to it rather than genre.)

Well done, well done. Standing tall greater than you. The pun of a lifetime.
(I totally understand it was meant to be over.)

Spunky likes Emi's theme. Shocker.

Take this with a grain of sand, but I think 'Standing Tall' is one of the weakest, most forgettable songs in the entire game. It's also kind of a mess rhythmically.

It might be on a technical level. It's just so ingrained in my mind and associated with something happy that I don't care and can't help but love it. To me, it's as pretty as the character it represents.

Plot twist, amirite?

That being said...wiosna tends to be my number 1
I had completely forgotten about Wiosna :O
I remember a few months after finishing KS, and I was mainly just hanging around the forums and just doodling. For reference pictures, I decided to open up Katawa Shoujo again for the first time in months.

Wiosna.
Fuckin' Wiosna, man.

That wording coupled with your avatar makes it all too great!

I still love Jitter <3

A great piece, well written and very well edited, does it's job perfectly.

I love Three stars a lot. I thought it was quite popular like Parity..
I love:
Three stars
Cold Iron
Friendship
Red Velvet
Parity (the unreleased version)

I would put painful history there as well but it just hurts too much for me to find it enjoyable. The sense of friendship I get in Three stars and Friendship just makes me love it. Red Velvet and Parity is just pure awesomeness and are really nice and fun songs. Cold Iron is just magnificent~

Other than those pieces there really isn't anything very memorable for me. Innocence and romance in andante 2 can be nice to listen to every now and than but otherwise I find them quite uninteresting.

I've been listening to Concorde and Painful History.

Terrible idea. Concorde is very good, the start is so very sad it cracks my heart, but manages to hold it together.
And then Painful History just smashes it to smithereens without any kind of mercy for me or my feelings.

Yeah, I find each girls theme sends me down a condensed emotion of their path.
Emi's theme kinda makes me happy, but also kinda sad.
Painful History makes me very sad, almost to the verge of tears.
Concord has started to paralyze me when I hear it... the jumble of emotions just shorts me out I guess.

It's a good sign that you can hold in during Concord, though, it's a sign of recovery.

Wiosna's my favourite track, and I still like to sit there from time to time, with my headphones on, just listening to it. Not playing anything, or writing anything, but just listening. It's wonderful.

However, I'm a massive fan of Jitter (I think that's the one from Hanako's video). The piano in that's awesome.

If there's one I could do without, however, it's Ah-Eh-I-Oh-U. Drives me up the sodding wall.

Oh god, yeah jitter is Hanako's cutscene theme. That ambushed me.

Time to wax Rin-esque! (Synethesia is fun.)
-Wiosna sounds a little bit like falling asleep with someone you know in the room. (Not in a sexual way, just the reassuring feeling from them breathing etc.)
-Ah Eh I Oh You is like searching for someone, not necessarily out of a need or want for their presence, but more like trying to partner up with the new kid in school or the other kid no-one would partner with. A very neutral emotion.

In response: I have the same reaction to Stride. Surprisingly, it's a bit worrying to listen to, kinda like running after something you aren't even sure is there.

I can hold myself during Concord because I haven't played Lily's route. I'm guessing that after I do, I won't be able to hold it as easily as I can now.

A great combination of songs that get me every freaking time is Jitter, followed by Painful History, followed by Raindrops and Puddles.
