Well... either way, he's getting a workout in, and it has been shown in canon that he improves quite a bit in the one year he runs with her, actually managing to catch her at one point just long enough to talk to her in Instant Replay. As for kids and a job, he might have to change his schedule to run some other time than mornings, but running is still plenty doable in a situation like that.
Well, he has to go to college and clearly he and Emi are taking separate routes, and it's obviously going to be tempting for him to stop exercising due to that but also due to time limitations. It'll get even harder after that.
I don't think Hisao and Emi will split up so much that Emi will not pressurize Hisao to carry on running. Also I think Hisao genuinely likes running and would always try to make time for it.
There is almost always time to run. Even with kids and a job Hisao can make time to run with some methodological thinking and planning. Also his kids can join him with his run's :D Also sex is pretty healthy and Hisao seems to do a lot of it. Especially with Emi.
I wouldn't be too surprised if Hisao lived to his 70's if he carries on working out properly and takes in the rapidly progressing medical technology. You can't underestimate these ICD's and pacemakers (whichever Hisao has). I'm a little worried about his medicine though. Does his medicine need to change once he leaves puberty?

Is that a joke or does puberty last longer/start later for Japanese people? Clarify me on this, I'm not a health expert.

Just like all the other characters.
Does that make Fan Fiction writers necromancers?

Which I mean, personal taste, y'know? Nothing wrong with that.

Body Identity Integrity Disorder and now necrophilia, in the same day!

Ignoring the 'puberty' thing, are you concerned his medication will become stronger or have worse side effects in future? He's pretty much grown as it is.

As characterized by the third (and now thankfully locked) 'what disability do you want?' thread.

Yea that was a big derp moment lol I thought he was 17 for a moment there.
What I'm worried about is whether his medication will need to change as he ages. That could end his life after all. Anti arrythmic medicine can be extremely dangerous towards arrhythmic people after all.

Also ks fan fiction writers are often world copiers which make a copy of hisao's world. The canon story has ended. Hisao is dead.
Not that he was ever alive...

I suppose I can see him having a bad reaction following a misjudged medication change.

I looked this up on some medical forums and such;according if they take the necessary precautions and exercise well, they can live a normal long life.

Check it out here:http://www.aviva.co.uk/health-insurance ... rhythmias/

Although that's only for a specific type of arrhythmia, sadly we don't know Hisao's type.

Long QT, as per the general consensus. I don't know if they've ever said which form.
