I recently learned where all the KS backdrops came from.

Like most of the school backrounds are from Brown University and I learned that the Shanghai is also REAL!

It is so SURREAL seeing these places in RL...even though..they were already there long before Katawa Shoujo >.>

I mean I always realized it was Real life pictures with a filter on it but...it's just surreal

Shanghai is in Sendai city in Bansui-doori, huh...

Next time I plan to visit Sendai, I should keep that in mind.

I mean, Nurse's route is just so touching. You see him grieve over his loss of family and patients almost like they were his own children! And to top it off, he even has a trifecta ending with Misha!

Edit: Actually, that brings up an interesting question. Would KS have gotten as much flak/plays if it was Iwanako going to a school, and all the girls were simply genderswapped? I could definitely see it suffering a lack of the male audience, but we'd still play it to some extent.
