Based on most of the Indians I interact with, I imagine Molly'd be a lovely lass. Friendly and quiet, and pretty content to sit and talk over a coffee for hours.

My money is on Iwanako. She didn't sign on initially knowing about his heart problem (not that this is anyone's fault, neither did he), and she's less than sympathetic to him not being particularly active in bed. She also lacks the experience to help him improve.

(Note: I gave Hisao 99 problems before and relating to him hooking up with Iwanako, but lack of experience isn't one of them.)

You really can't blame her though. She did stayed with him for the majority of Hisao's stay in the hospital.

Hisao is just too mopey to even care after knowing he has a heart condition--that, and he never did answered her confession.
The girls are too sweet to actually cheat on Hisao--if any, Hisao is the one more likely to cheat.

So 24 hours from now, I'll be on the sleeper train from London to Fort William for a break in the Scottish Highlands and in the last few months planning it, it’s made me think about Lilly and Akria own transport arrangements to Inverness.

Unless things were different when Lilly's route was written or KS is set in a universe where there are more direct flights to Inverness Airport, getting to Inverness from Sendai by plane needs two changes, Sendai to Tokyo and then at Amsterdam. Flying into London Heathrow is even worse, which includes a minimum 30 mile transfer by either private car hire or public transport to get to Gatwick or Luton airport. Or take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and a taxi across to Euston (let’s just avoid the stress that is the London Underground) to catch the Highland Sleeper. Between having to drag the luggage around and guiding Lilly through the unfamiliar spaces, I hazard a guess the Akira wouldn’t be in the best of moods after the flight.

Sounds like I have another story idea there.

You write fanfiction, no matter where you have a save file you can just say it's for research purposes. It's the rest of us who have to vigorously deny that stuff.
