So it'd be a bunch of people older than the students already there coming in a huge influx?

Okay, we're also the same age as them generally.

Never mind that Hanako's actual disability is in the DSM, and her physical disability is so minor as to not really impair her physically at all or require Yamaku's facilities. (Mind you, I do actually think that Yamaku is the appropriate place for her.)

And Emi's most severe disability is also in the DSM, and her physical disability only requires Yamaku's medical facilities because of her injuring herself as a side effect of her DSM disability.

I think it is alongside the fact that their Physical disabilities cause their mental issues, And as for Emi thats quite false, she needs Yamaku's facilities as she runs alot of the time, which means she needs to get her prosthetics checked often etc, and it is simply more beneficial for her to be there.

I think I would go for Agnosia or Narcolepsy. Perhaps Agnosia because Agnosia is less random. Not to mention I wouldn't like falling asleep randomly while studying or doing an exam or even worse, while having sex.
I think Pure alexia would be fine. It seems severe enough to warrant going to Yamaku but not so severe that I would be severely impaired for all my life.
Although my photophobia is already pretty darn bad. I could exaggerate my sensitivity to noise to severe hyperacusis although I would really hate that.

I actually don't want to go to Yamaku anymore. It's not very pleasant.
