The story was called Worst Case Scenario.

In the story, Iwanako tried to talk to Hisao one last time resulting in him being even more angry and bitter when he reached Yamaku.

Before he gets there, we get a chapter from Kenji's point of view where he tried to make a bomb and set it off in the school. It doesn't actually work right. It blows up in his hand taking it right off. Lilly'sd closest to him and receives some major permanent damage to her hearing, but nobody else is really hurt. Although Lilly does have to be taken out of school for this.

When we see Emi, she's lost her legs far above her knees and while's she's able to walk, she's never quite adjusted to running again. Although almost every day she goes out to the track, tries, and ends up falling and bruising and scrapping up her face and hands.

I didn't go much into Shizune, but the story would have suggested that Jigoro's instance that she talk eventually broke her. When she appears, she slurs her speech horribly and just comes across as a sad defeated character.

Hanako ended up far more disfigured by the fire, to the point where he almost doesn't look human. She even has to wear a wig. She's a far more bitter and even sadistic person in this story. She was also the student rep with Shizune as sort of a hanger oner that she treats like crap.

Misha never even ended up going to Yamaku, and there's hints that Rin committed suicide but I never really fleshed that part out.

And the story ends with Hisao having a heart attack and dying during sex, with his last thoughts being pretty much "and good riddance."

Honestly, I was never really that comfortable with this one and the fact that the file got corrupted was no big loss.
That sounds incredibly mean-spirited. And I don't mean that as an insult, I mean it as a weird compliment... it sounds creepy how sad all of it is. I'm a little glad I never ended up reading that, actually.

I tried to write a story in which Hanako murders Lilly and Hisao... but I couldn't get her to do it, instead she let Hisao explain what was actually going on, they talked about it like reasonable people and realized that Lilly was playing them both, and they agreed to shun her altogether.

Given that it was an experiment in how grimdark I was willing to take things, and never intended to be posted... yeah.

I didn't take that as an insult at all. The whole thought process behind it was to get people to say "How could you do such a thing?"

The Russian sleep experiment was actually really dumb in my opinion. Something 14 year olds come up with on field trips.

I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.

Then it's not a very well-written one because the words 'time loop' never entered my mind at all.

I don't know. I think maybe if you reread it you'll see it. It's subtly implied.

ONE MAN CAN STOP THEM; ONE SANE MAN IN AN INSANE WORLD.

Yeah, this is an old topic, but I just have to say: All this talk of KS creepypasta and no-one's brought up Hanako-san?

I'm kind of curious what a creepy pasta for this would even look like?

One of those "I can't delete the game and it's doing weird things?" types? The "too realistic blood and gore for it's style" stuff? I played it then I woke up disabled?

Sure KS has an associated creepypasta. It's called Doki Doki Literature Club.
