Which is not a bad thing. ^^ I just wish I could read Japanese so I'd know what they're saying.

It's 50% "what the fuck is up with that name?", 25% "Lol gaijins, fail" and 25% "Lol gaijins, this is awesome".
<Aura> would you squeeze a warm PVC bottle between your thighs and call it "manaka-chan"
<Suriko> I would do it if it wouldn't be so hard to explain to my parents

...You know, I probably should have guessed that. XD Maybe they're not used to Gaijin having such dedication?

japan is impressed
I'm not sure "impressed" is the right word. There are posts in there like (excuse my shoddy translation of Google's shoddy auto-translation) "Buyers of this game are would-be criminals. The police should monitor them." That doesn't sound like a positive review to me.

The irony of those comments coming from Japan is beyond my comprehension.

Seriously, It gives a bad impression to most people.

Sankakucomplex isn't exactly news, its closer to a blog that likes to troll fans.

lulz, ain't that the truth. Considering some of the things the japanese have put out such as Sister Princess, Tsukihime, and best of all Rapelay... Katawa Shoujo is Sesame Street by compairison.

Still after reading comments left on the blog page and some other threads on this forum, it looks there there are plenty of people in Japan who support this game.
